At
the ripe old age of 44 and with two young children, the singer proved
she's not yet ready to cover-up as she poured her curves into the most
minuscule of ensembles.
One
in particular - a black latex-like one-shoulder number that was slit up
to the hip on one side, exposing her entire leg - looked like a
wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen.

Mariah Carey positively busted out of her black latex-like dress as she
hit the stage in Shanghai, China on Sunday night as she tours with
her The Elusive Chanteuse Show
And
if it wasn't her knickers that the audience was going to get a glimpse
of in the asymmetric gown, it was her ample bosom, which was threatening
to spill out over the incredibly low-cut sweetheart neckline.
The
songstress clomped around on stage as she sang her heart out, teetering
precariously on strappy sparkly black platform peep-toe heels.
After
sharing a video earlier that day of her warming up her famously high
vocals, she was no doubt hoping to dazzle fans, following
less-than-stellar reviews of her performances up until now as she tours
the world with her The Elusive Chanteuse Show.

dressed as high school cheerleaders
While
she underwent several costume changes during the appearance, she kept
her impossibly long blonde locks in the same wavy, crimped style
throughout.
He make-up was similarly somewhat understated, with plenty of her usual bronzer, nude lips and smoky eyes.
Of course, her microphone was gold, suitably befitting the original diva.
Following
a wardrobe change, the mood of the show shifted from lighthearted -
accompanied by backup dancers dressed as high school cheerleaders - to
more serious as she belted out some of her most beloved ballads.

appeared to cinch in her waist and kicked out from the knees into a
voluminous floor-length skirt.
The
star appears to have a seemingly endless collection of gowns for her
tour, having donned two completely different - yet equally revealing -
outfits during a previous performance in China on October 12.
